Sim card swap

Hey i lost my sim card but i have access to my account but when i get activated this number before shopkeeper just put any anonymous email so i am unable to retrieve my number back. I bought a new sim card very difficult to found in market but they want to send an email but I don’t have access to that email. How can i swap the sim card but i have online access to account . Please help

The only option you have is contacting support. There's no troubleshooting or ideas we can offer you here.

Click on the chatbot (simon) link down below and start a chat with the chatbot and find your way to submit a ticket. But you might it easier to send a direct message. Be prepared to answer a bunch of verification questions.

@Jaykumar  You will need access to your account to change the SIM for your number.  Because you don't know the email address used, you'll need to contact the CS Agent to change the email for your account/phone number.  They need your phone number and ask for some other identifying information.

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.
