Can you only upgrade US data plan one time?

Unfortunately, PM doesn’t offer a plan that includes USA Roaming. Only USA Roaming Add-on whenever you need one.

Top tier and mid-tier carriers offer plans that include US Roaming.

What do you mean "upgrade"? What do you mean "one time". You can't buy multiple add-ons of the same name anyway. You can buy all the different data amounts if you like but not the same one. Buying either of the talk bundles to overlap each other will mess up the talk function so that's inadvisable. You can buy the other talk bundle when the first one hits 0/15 days.

If you need a US add on right away, you can also select a different add-on from the choices available when the initial one expires.

If you require the SAME add-on, regrettably Public Mobile's useless 24-hr wait time before repurchasing the same one can only be circumvented by contacting customer support as @Handy1 advised.

@PamEarle  If you mean a re buy of the same add on you need to wait 12 -24 hours after the first one ends or choose a different US add on … if you don’t want to wait till the the 12-24 hours after the first one sends you need support to help apply the very same add on with out the 12-24 hour wait
