I needed to update my credit card....cant sign in...changed password....still  cant get in... not sure if i have correct info now to get in

@PubMoDave1  Try again incognito private mode there are cache issues if you changes password and still cannot sign in get support to help you regain access to your account and update credit card info

Try a desktop or laptop to login.

 

When using mobile, sometimes auto-fill credentials also then try to log you in - if yours auto-fill, wait a few seconds afterwards to see if the device tries to log you in.

 

After you gain access:

 

  1. click the 3rd tab down on the left hand side, titled "Payments"
  2. in the Pre-authorized area tap "Manage Payment Method"
  3. then tap "Update Card Information"
  4. from there, you'll be prompted to enter the complete credit card information with the new information
  5. then tap "Save Payment Information" at the bottom

Clear the cache and go incognito on your browser before login on a laptop or desktop.
