It's been a month since I've ordered 2 sim cards in December. Is this normal at all? I am frustrated as I've already cancelled my phone lines and I was expecting the sim cards to be here by now.

You can suspend your account to put a hold on payments.
Note that after 90 days in suspend, your account will be deactivated permanently so be sure to return to this page if you find your phone or decide to get a new SIM card.
If You Find Your Phone:
Hooray! Simply follow the same steps below to resume your service.
You could try purchasing a sim from a local retailer. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator. Once you get a new sim then click on change sim in your account.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. The wait times are averaging 2-4 weeks. Do you live near a store that you can purchase a SIM card? Walmart, London drugs, Mobile shop (inside Superstore), Wow mobile and some authroized Koodo dealers.

PM mails out of Mississauga area, which has an outbreak of Covid at the postal facility and that is contributing to the delay.
You can also try Amazon. Another website:

A Canada Post back up causes problems at other shipping companies too. It makes the other shipping companies get more packages than normal and causes backlogs there too.

Go to Walmart and buy your sim. They can activate for you there. Then sell the sim cards that you ordered once they arrive. Be sure to use a referral code to save $10 off your first bill! 😁

@Bonbu If you are in SE NB, I can hook you up until yours come in. Honestly though if you are anywhere near a retailer that sells them, go pick some up. The spares when they arrive can be used for referrals.

@Bonbu...
these guys have sim's for Public Mobile and they ship FAST. If you happen to be in one of their areas, you can make arrangements to pick up the sims.
