Having issues with signing up to PM
I have a new sim card, signed everything up according to the instructions on the app. Now the catch was with transferring my number to PM. Apparently I need to select a random number first then get my old number transferred later. That;s where I got stuck. Customer support told me to uninstall the app and start over. I did that but the app keeps returning to step 6 of the setup and tells me something went wrong, contact support.
I've been waiting on support FOREVER, they don't respond quickly at all.
Anyone know how I might be able to get around this problem ?
By the way, PM has already been paid by my credit card

Hi @HOWARD99 you don't currently have PM service as you cannot pass through Step 5 the phone number step?? uninstall and reboot and reinstall was the right call.
but if you are not porting from Koodo Prepaid service, you can choose to transfer number directly and don't need to pick new number. so, if you are not from Koodo Prepaid, try transfer number and provide the account number of your old provider. if you are really from Koodo Prepaid, then really support agent needs to step in. Submit another ticket again
