How to set my phone so it shows the phone number when I dial it out to another person

PM has caller id enabled and you usually do not have to do anything

But you can confirm your caller id setting on the device by going to your phone's Settings, find the Phone or Call Settings option, and then navigate to Caller ID to select "Show my number" or "Show number".
Alternatively, you can enable caller id by dialing #31#.

you can't. That other person must have you in the contacts list to see your name...otherwise just your number will show when you call someone. There could be a setting in their cell if it's just one person who can't see your number.
