I returned to Canada after 3 months of inactive subscription to Public Mobile.
I opened my app and I am no longer under the $15 plan.
Instead, I have to shop for a new plan and I cannot use my old SIM card number.
Is there anything I can do to get back my old plan and old Sim?

so, you have no PM service? have you been paying all along?
call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number to confirm your account status. But if the system cannot find your number, then you have probably missed payment for over 90 days and your account was closed
but if it said account active or suspended, then your issue is just login, and PM support agent can help.

If your account is inactive for 90 days, it closes. You will now have to get a new SIM card and new phone number and new plan.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
