double check the credit card info and make sure it's current. Sometimes people forget to update their PM account when they renew their credit cards.
For now, you can also buy payment vouchers at Shell gas and other retail locations. Once you have vouchers, dial 611 from each phone to make payments.

- Find out first if she created account for you on PM site
You can pay buying a voucher and calling 611.
Ideally it will be to gain access to your account OR to create account, register your credit card and set up autopay.

Nobody is going to call you as PM is an online service so the only communication is through SIMon Chatbot or private messaging in writing.

Regrettably, all customer service at public mobile is by a ticketing process through the options previously mentioned.
If your service has been suspended for greater than 90 days, the accounts are completely gone and you would need new Sim cards to restore them, and also new phone number and account number.
If it’s less than 90 days, the easiest way is to purchase a public mobile payment voucher from one of many locations and apply them by dialling 611 from the phone that you want to reactivate service to.

@DS1968 did you login to My Account and check if account status is active or suspended?
if suspended, click Reactivate my plan and make a manual. But since , it has been 2 years without issue, also check if your credit card on file is expired
