if you activated using IMEI number then there could be a problem with activation. this happened to me too. payment was processed but account did not activate properly. in that case you need to activate again (with another payment) and contact CS agent for the refund from failed activation by providing all the details. they generally tell you the refund may take 30 days but it refunded in my credit card account in a few days.

Have you had any credit card problems recently? What recording do you hear when you dial 611?
