I have a warning that my services are on hold. When I pay no to resume services nothing happens. How do I resume my services?

got the same text msg yesterday on my phone "You plan did not renew because we did not receive your payment. To resume your service, make a payment at..."

I haven't touched anything in forever, no subscription change, no payment change and My credit card doesn't expire till 2026 - whats going on? why would they send me this msg?

then I log on and it says this:

Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number.


Your subscription has ended.

Don’t worry about interruptions in your service when you have your subscription on.

looks like today is your regular plan renewal day. As long as you have a valid debit or credit card set to Autopay (Subscribed)...just ignore that notice as long as your phone is working as expected. That message will go away by tomorrow.

I have service, but I have a warning "Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number." but I am current;y subscribed. I do not want to lose my number, it was Subscription Expiration Date: Jun 10, 2024. Please help.

did you try reboot the phone and see if service works?

and for My Account not showing active after you paid,   maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

If same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
