I am livid. My subscription renews today. I go to make a call and I can't. Says my service is suspended. I call *611 and I can't even pay through that. The app doesn't give me the option to pay at all! No where does it say in thr app that I'm suspended at all. I have internet use but no ability to make calls. WTF?!? I usually pay it a day early so I don't have any issues but there's NO option to pay it. What do I do? Just wait and hope it renews on its own? I gotta make important calls today... Help.

Hi everyone I thought no one replied because notification emails went to my junk folder. I need to correct that I always use the browser to manage the accounts. In the browser it DID NOT say I was suspended at all. Only when I tried to make a call. So I updated and used thr APP and in it I did have the option to add money to the account via debit card. I do not understand why some months it takes the payment automatically with no service disruption and thrn other months it suspends me even though money is in the account. It's all very frustrating. One of my kids accounts allows me to add funds. The other and mine does not. I'll go see abiut purchasing vouchers. Thank you for all of your help.

@Lanny76 call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number to confirm if you account is suspended. If it is, login My Account first, then use this link to make payment

In the app, if you are suspended, it should show up as suspended. If your data working? Texting?
Maybe try logging in via the website (ie. browser) and see whether you can load up funds manually.

@Lanny76 You can go buy payment voucher from shoppers during mart and load the funds *611 from your phone and resume services right away would be the quickest option
but in the app you should see option says add funds with credit card
