Would like to get into my son's account to make changes but we can't seem to figure out what email is set up with his phone number.
I'd like to increase his plan but can't get in to make any changes
The email we thought it was doesn't get any notices sent to it when we try to reset things via the website so I'm hoping someone can help us figure out what email to use.
I believe we set this up originally in 2020 or 2021.
