Public Mobile is a self serve service. These forums are your first point of contact to get any help if another community member can share their wisdom with you. However, if you feel it's above their knowledge, you yourself can contact a CS Agent. If you have the ability to log in, this is the proper way to contact them.

there is a chance Community can help if you want to share,

but if it is account related, then yes, check with PM support agent.  Only way to get them to help is to submit ticket.

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
