I have had two emails and a text telling me my account is on hold. Now I have a text in french telling me the same thing. My account is paid up. I'm getting frustrated receiving these notices over and over.

I checked the message again, it's notifying that the "on hold" messages were sent by mistake, for some reason they sent it by French first and then by English.

This is most likely a glitch, I have checked my credit card and the payment apparently has already been made, and everything seems to work just fine. Yet I have also received the email, the text in English and in French on how it's on hold.
