Phone Activation/ Port Tel. number

Hello, after porting my phone number from Koodo, and following all instructions, and installing new Sim Card, 

after 4 hours I still do not have Cellular,

My cellular settings display my network as Public Mobile, but no Connection.

I was supposed to be given a Temp. phone number, but never received it ?

Hi @Publiqor,

By any chance, do you live in the western part of the country? There appears to be service outage with Telus. This could also be the cause of your issues. If not, I would suggest contacting Customer Support so that they investigate further. I'm sure that it will all be resolved soon enough!

Only have PM Sim, reset Network , no help,     need PM Support,

so, you only have the PM sim card or esim on your phone? if the old service provider sim card also in the phone, remove that old one and make sure PM sim is the only one.  Reboot the phone and reset all networks to test

or if those not helping, then you need PM to check if account was setup correctly.  You wouldn't be able to use Chatbot to open ticket at this time, so, message support here and ask for help
