Hey, I am unable to call anybody, even though I renewed my subscription on sep 28th

From everything that I can see so far, this customer's plan is active and already renewed and there doensn't appear to be any payment issue. The service just isn't working.

did it not work since Sept 28th? or just today?
what have you tried? did you login My Account and confirm the account status? Go to Payment page, the box around Manage Subscription should show you the next renewal date, should be Oct 28th
and you tried reboot the phone? tried Reset all networks? or maybe test the sim card in another phone?

Is your account status active?
What about texting? data? incoming calls?
If not tried already, reboot your phone. Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).
