I need to cancel the service; it hasn't worked; I have no service. But I cannot log onto the app because it's stuck in a loop of confirming my ID with its security extension. The phone number I've registered with I cannot access, so how can I access the code? The service hasn't worked anyway, and I wish to discontinue payments. How can I do that? (Could I e.g. call the credit card and ask them to block Telus Public?). Thanks.
