Service keeps dropping calls

Hello, I live in a very central area near Toronto. My cell service is always fluctuating between 1 and 3 bars, it is not very good. Sometimes my calls will drop or I will not receive incoming calls. Please advise.

You cns check for outages as well, but relatively speaking it is usually a reliable network, especially compared to other tier 2 and 3 providers

Was it always like that or it started occurring recently? 1-3 bars will still make stable calls. But tall buildings around you and who knows what kind of electronic interference might be an issue.

You can try manually switching network to 3G to see if there's any improvement in call reliability.

Otherwise, contact customer support agents to have them reprovision your account/SIM - sometimes that will help.
