Unfortunately, the only details of the card you can see are some of the digits of the card account. I don't remember reading about incorrectly sent credit card notices. So just do the replace card and put in a current, valid card.
Match the address to the card billing address. Don't use a space in the postal code. If it successfully enters then do a manual charge of a $1 to test it. If it doesn't successfully enter then only try twice each hour.

@zeussal You have to check if the info is correct yourself at
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/)
If you need to update it, you have to go to Payment Tab, then Manage My Card and the use the Replace this credit card option to re-enter the info of the credit card with the new expiry date

Don't select your own post as Solution. It has no sense. Reward person who helped you the most.

how do i update mu ccard info

If you have a new cc, you should update that info on your account. Log in to your account / Payment / Manage my Card / Replace credit card.

This is a public forum, please don't post your cc info here.
I thought you said your card wasn't going to expire sometimes you'll get notices in error about card or data/minutes so if it's not expiring you can ignore it. If it is you can manage your card in your self serve and update it

@zeussal You sure you remember which card you added to My Account? Go to the Autopay page (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/) and it will show you some digits of the card and the expiry date to confirm.
I just got a notice with one of the accounts I managed and it was an accurate reminder for me
You can ignore it if that is the case. Just monitor on your next couple renewal and make sure PM can get the money from there.

Double check the expiry date on your on-file credit card to make sure it's not going to expire soon.
