@Pie_man Use the link you were given earlier to send a private message to customer support for help. We are only other customers here and can't fix this problem for you. All you need to do is click on the link, here it is again
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Type in a title, type in your problem in the text box, then hit Send. An agent will reply either at the envelope icon top right of this page or, if there isn't an envelope, you will need to tap your avatar to see if there is anything under Messages. Usually they respond within an hour or so but you may have to keep looking for a reply for longer than that if they are very busy.

what phone is that? Android or iPhone?

and on Android, you can use Google Message, better and more reliable

@Pie_man If you can't open a ticket with support at the chat icon bottom right of this page then send agents a private message using this link
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or if there's no envelope on your device then tap your avatar to check for Messages.
