@supremechris070 The self-serve account is where you manage your Public Mobile account online, yourself. From there you can view your usage (data, calls, text), redeem any points and vouchers, and switch plans if you want to. Personally, it's a lot more convenient than trying to get in touch with the carrier. Hope that helps!

Did you active your SIM at a cell store or did you activate it yourself?
If at the store (which is not offered any longer), create new account.
If you active yourself, enter the email address and password you created when activating your SIM.

If you signed through on-line then you had to create self-serving account.
If you signed at the store (before) then you do not have it, yet.
It is used to track your usage, update credit card, buy add-ons and perform other admin tasks by yourself.

@supremechris070 that is where yo manage your PM service online
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
You would have created one if you activated yourself online. But if you activated in-store, then you might not have created one yet. You can clicked Register Now on the front page and follow the prompt
or an easier way to create one is to open ticket with PM Support: by message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@supremechris070 The self serve account would have been created at activation using an email address as username and password. Here's a link to self serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
