I just switched my e-SIM to another one of my Public Mobile e-SIMs and got this text message from 611 immediately after since all the messages began to come through for that Number.
'Public Mobile here. A friendly reminder you havent signed up for self serve. Here you can check your plan details, purchase add ons and more. Sign-up today https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/'
This must be a complete error because from my understanding without a Self Serve you wouldn't even have an Account since everything is self serve + I've signed into the My Account multiple times for Self Serve since Activation of this line and it is indeed signed up..
Anyone else get this message or know why it would be sent to me?

Yep, a glitch.
I get this message every month, just before renewal day. Annoying.

unusual messaging is a hallmark in PM World. Just ignore it !
