I have a Samsung S21 canadian version, and it does show 5g. It will drop to LTE or 4g when necessary.I just leave it on 5g auto connect. Wait another day or 2 and see if it comes up.
Someone else on this forum asked that same question not long ago, because I also get this text every month just before renewal day. As long as everything works, it's not a problem, just an annoyance to receive messages that you don't need.
