Why is public mobile website so slow? Every time I tried to log in, check rewards, go to community site and so on, the web page just took 20-30 seconds to be loaded. Is it just me or everyone who has such an issue?
I used a referral code to subscribe a mobile plan. My account has been activated for more than 48 hours. However, I didn't see the 10 points referral credit in my account. Does anybody know how long to take to apply the referral credit to my account?
E-Sim is very easy to activate and subscribe a mobile plan, but can it be easy to transfer from one phone to another phone or does a subscribe need to purchase a new E-Sim every time they wants to switch to another phone?
Most likely there is a bug in their system which somehow blocks you from uploading your banking info. Is there any way to contact Public mobile? They should have hired some software developers to do maintenance, who would be able to find the cause.
Why did people upload their credit card to their account? There is always a risk of security breach. Of course it would be considered if Public Mobile gave an incentive for uploading credit cards.
