How fast does the customer service reply to a sent message? It is so hard to solve an issue without being able to talk to a real person.
Why is public mobile website so slow? Every time I tried to log in, check rewards, go to community site and so on, the web page just took 20-30 seconds to be loaded. Is it just me or everyone who has such an issue?
I used a referral code to subscribe a mobile plan. My account has been activated for more than 48 hours. However, I didn't see the 10 points referral credit in my account. Does anybody know how long to take to apply the referral credit to my account?
