How fast does the customer service reply to a sent message? It is so hard to solve an issue without being able to talk to a real person.

Just my personal experience, and my advise is be nice and be kind, they will respond to your message/request much faster. They are human being too.

@montem   Did you already send a message and waiting for a reply?  One thing that is sometimes missed is that the replies come to Messages in a drop down from your avatar but there's no indication until you tap/click the avatar.  Otherwise it's at the envelope icon but not everyone has that, it depends on the device.  So if you don't see an envelope make sure you haven't missed a reply in Messages.

Usually a few hours, but with the popularity of Black Friday deals and issues afterwards, the wait times are longer.  The hours of operation of CSA are

Monday to Sunday: 9 AM to 10 PM EST

As mentioned, community members on this forum are often able to help trouble shoot issues.
