Hello Folks!
I am a new PM user. I just got my SIM and activated at the store. When I got back home and tried to access self-serve portal (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca), all I got is blank page. I wanted to change my number. What can be the solution here?

Try another browser (Exolorer or Safari). I wasn't seeing all of the options either.

None of that works.... site was still not responding...
but seems to be back up now...
someone must have tripped over the powercord and did not notice. 😕

It's down for me too... this has been a constant issue recently more than normal I find.

@raghavgururajanThe website is just down for the moment.. hopefully they will restart it soon... so just have to be patient and wait.
