My ticket is related to MyAccount and they admitted that it's their end. Lots of people here have the issue, it also includes AutoPay for some people. They're on it.

Agreed; since Chatr and Lucky have unlimited slow data after the plan's quota is used up, unlike PM. Then rollover data would be not only different than the other two but also would serve a similar purpose.
