Hi all
I was trying to log in to update my billing information as it changed, but exceeded my log in attempts. Do I just have to wait an hour or so and try again or is there support that I have to contact in order to log in again?

My ticket is related to MyAccount and they admitted that it's their end. Lots of people here have the issue, it also includes AutoPay for some people. They're on it.

@hollynw2011 if it is locked, you need to wait 3 hours
But you tried again? what did it say? maybe a screenshot?

Yes, you should wait at least 1h before attempting to log in again. Maybe you should try different browser and type credential accurately.
