My login attempts result in the 2FA code being sent to the wrong phone number.'
Is this a common occurrence?
Should I be worried about my account getting hacked?
The 1st attempt to have CS correct it failed.

Not a common occurrence, but it has been reported. Is your phone working properly? Able to receive regular texts and phone calls? Just want to make sure not a porting issue.
Are you able to access your self service account?
If not, you should be able to receive 2FA email to get into account.
Click on didn't receive the code and then choose email 2FA.
Once you get into your account. Go to profile section and edit your everSafe login credentials.
You should be able to change the phone number for text verification.

@James999 Are you able to log in to your account? If you hit didn't get the code a few times it may give you an email option. Once you are in, go to the Eversafe profile (not your general profile) and check to see what phone number is there.
