Trying to reset password. Security question is not visible so, I cannot answer the question and reset password. Can someone help?

close all Browser and clear cache and cookies,
and try open one Browser inPrivate mode,
or try different Browser and open incognito mode,

HI @AMB175 Sound like it is just a browser issue. Try a different browser or Incognito mode.
If it still not working, then just open a ticket with PM CS Agent to have them reset it for you,
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@AMB175 Also you can try clearing your history/cookie cache and opening a window in incognito mode. Or a different browser all together.
