Tried Firefox, Chrome. Same issue as last month, seems to be permanent. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can't input a credit card?

I had to change 3 of our plans this month to update our credit card and it worked in the app for me. Perhaps wait so you have a day where you have not tried in case the system has blocked you for repeated tries and then test it in the app.

@Dookiedest - Can you use the Public Mobile app to change CC info? Some have reported that worked.
Also you will need payment vouchers so then you can resume your service. Unknown if you got any from last post.

This is a physical voucher from Sobeys:
Load them up using *611 (1-855-4PUBLIC) or in My Account on the Payments section on both the app or website.
Also note: CS_Agent cannot change Credit / Debit Card info as it violates some privacy rights.
