I don't have a Mobile Data icon on my S10e. The same with another person I know on a S10 whom is also on Public Mobile.
Curious if this would be a Public Mobile thing? A few posts online seem to point to a carrier based issue?
There are apps that enable the toggling of Mobile Data, but would be nice to not require an app for such a basic thing.

@dafou555 it's not too bad, it's fun 🙂
Make note whole you are doing it. As said, you likely need to re-do it after major OS update.
Another one Carriers like to remove it is the Hotspot toggle button

@dafou555 Sorry, should have said swipe down/pull down twice to get to all the other options which then can be toggled on/off by touching them.

This seems easy enough, I'll give this ago.

I found the manual. Yes, the mobile data is an item in that pull down. Pull down twice to get the default set. Then learn how to fiddle with all of those things and to position them where you like.

The carrier modified the OS and customized it. You can restore it using ADB, but you will likely have to redo it again after every major OS update

Unfortunately, even if I show the other hidden icons or try to add new ones, the Mobile Data icon isn't there.

Yep, did this and did not find a hidden Mobile Data icon.

Generally the quick menu icons are editable and can be organized.

... sorry. my reply didn't post for some reason.. I have to break it down..
There is really nothing much you can do unless you connect to a computer and run some commands..
Not hard, but not super user friend either

@dafou555 You should be able to see it by swiping down from the top of the phone.

That's a device issue. My S7 does not have a pull down easy access icon to toggle mobile data. My newer Samsung does. I did used to have an app to do that but otherwise it's quite a manual process to turn it on isn't it.
