How do I get my phone numbers transferred from Rogers to Public Mobile? I just received my SIM cards.

if have any issue with port in, open ticket with PM support At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket

Fist activate your SIM and create PM account.
Pick any number. Confirm all services working as expected. THEN to and select Bring Number...
Both account have to be active. LEAVE old SIM in your phone and reply Yes on SMS from old provider. All done; in few hours your number should be transferred to PM. Confirm all works as expected.

@TheFlundras hi when you activate your sim card you can port your numbers during that process, just remember to leave old sim in your phone to receive transfer request you have 90 minutes to reply yes
