I've looked thru the previous posts but can't seem to figure this out. Everything is working since I switched to PM yesterday except for messages won't send or recieve. Not very techy so if anyone has a step by step approach that would be awesome.

I have the old Samsung S8 plus with no issues with texting or MMS.
Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.
If it still didn’t work, you need to contact a CS_Agent by submitting a ticket through Chat icon.

I ported two numbers for my in-laws and have the same problem.
The Public Moible site is AWEFUL. So far we can't login to submit a ticket because the site keeps showing Error 404 or A1 Unauthorized. This is a common issue for people Basically stuck without able to reach support.

hi @paulavanvierzen it is not a device problem but problem with PM not able to setup text automatically with new accounts. Support agent able to fix it. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
