I've looked thru the previous posts but can't seem to figure this out. Everything is working since I switched to PM yesterday except for messages won't send or recieve. Not very techy so if anyone has a step by step approach that would be awesome.
I did not receive my sim card. Ordered Feb 1, 24. I'm trying to submit a ticket but as they did not give me an order # in my confirmtaion email it won't let me submit the ticket. Should I just reorder the sim card?
