I did not receive my sim card. Ordered Feb 1, 24. I'm trying to submit a ticket but as they did not give me an order # in my confirmtaion email it won't let me submit the ticket. Should I just reorder the sim card?

It can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to get it in the mail from Public Mobile. Sadly there is no way to track the order. If you don't have it by the end of the week, you can reach out to a local Telus store to see if they carry any as they charge $10 or Amazon for $4.99. Don't worry about the fee. Once you purchase one, a CS Agent can give you a credit of the same amount to your account which you can put to next months invoice.

Hi @paulavanvierzen here, sim card can take as many as 3 weeks . But it is around 3 weeks for you already, so, don't wait, ask support agent for update.
