You can put me in with the others, restarting my phone, removing Sim, toggling airplane mode on and off. None of that worked. You guys really need to figure this out. I can send a text occasionally but I won't receive any. Like someone else said, 4-6 hours later I'll receive them all in a big chunk

can you try it selecting the network to "3G ONLY"

do one thing Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
and do rebooting your phone take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
or can you do try reseat the SIM card
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. wipe it clean SIM card,
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
and do again Rebooting your phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

This has been a known issue for a few days. PM admin is aware, but no formal response yet.
The work around is to manually select the 3G network. Or try the SIM card in another working phone and if it works, put the SIM card back to original phone.

Try this
1. change the network to 3G Only
2. try to put SIM in a second phone. If it works, then you can put it back to the original phone
Apparently these 2 workarounds could solve the issue
