I’m having issues with my new SIM.
Telus just sent me a new SIM . I’m not transferring or changing phone number and trouble placing phone calls

Did you receive a PUBLIC MOBILE SIM card in a n envelope marked with “Telus, Koodo, Public Mobile”?

Telus sent you a new SIM or is it PM SIM?
I received SIMs from Shaw and Telus in the past asking me to switch…good advertising promo for new customers but sticker shock on their plans.

HI @mouctar Telus sent you a new sim ? a new PM sim card?
You need to do one more step to get the sim card working. Login to My Account, and Change sim card from the Profile page. This is a step needed for the system to program your current phone number onto your new PM sim card.

@mouctar Did you lose old SIM card and get a replacement one ? If so you need to do a sim. Card swap on self serve profile tab quick links and it needs to be done on computer only not mobile

@mouctar If you've been sent a new SIM have you updated the SIM serial in your profile? You'll need to go in and update from your old SIM to your new SIM.
