I have requested to deliver my SIM. Can I change that and pick it up instead?

I ordered a SIM card in the mail but decided I was too impatient and ended up buying one of the $5 ones on Amazon. Got it yesterday and was able to set everything up. My other Sim is still coming in the mail but I think I'll give it to my partner cus he's thinking about switching

it could. support might be able to help. But honest, last time I messaged them back and ask them to change, they said they changed and ended up still shipped to me to the "old" address
