I ordered a SIM card on September 8th, and also ordered a SIM card for my husband on September 9th. On September 14th we received my husbands SIM card and activated his account. My SIM card however, has yet to be received and I am wondering how to find out where it is and when I will receive it or if it has been shipped and when?

In all honesty, if your husbands already arrived and yours hasn't, I would just give it a few more days as I bet it will show up. Hold off on the CS Agent assisting you because in all likelihood they'll just say... it's on it's way.. hold on a bit longer and if it's not their by (insert date here) then please contact us again and we'll send another. If that does happen, I would just cancel that order and just grab one off of Amazon if you have it for $4.99 as mine came within 2 days. Or you can hit up a local Telus store to get one for $10 (call ahead though).

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents click

sim card orders can take up to 3 weeks and really no reason why some take long
