I am 70 and have cancer. I can't be trotting all over creation, exposing myself to who knows what infections. That being said, I do appreciate your suggestions.

Perhaps try e-SIM if your device supports it @Angrybird ?

Here's all the details from a recent announcement:

Hello @Angrybird , Love the handle and understand why you might be an Angry Bird right now. I appreciate your frustration. Apart from all the great advice above (and suggestion to contact a Customer Service agent for assistance with your SIM card order), the following are links to order directly from Amazon or to pick up a SIM at a store. I agree with the suggestion to pick up a card so you have it sooner than later, and then contact customer service with a request to refund the card that never arrived by mail. If for some reason, Customer Service cannot accommodate that request, you can always keep the spare SIM for a future activation or gift it to a friend and take advantage of the refer-a-friend reward (see: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/reward-rules ).

Buy a SIM (local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik stores, or by mail):
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM

-or-
Buy a SIM (Amazon.ca): https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06X9ZGDWG/ or https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07R6P5KBB/ (Free Shipping w/ Prime)

Hoping this is helpful.

If it's been over 10 Business days since you ordered your SIM Card directly from Public Mobile, you can contact the Customer Support Agent to have an issue or replacement issued.

Mine arrived exactly one week after ordering it on the My Account 'Shop SIM Card' Section. I ordered it on a Monday and it came the following Monday.

@Angrybird

On the website, it states that SIM card can take up to 10 business to be delivered.  Orders are not processed on weekends. If it has been more than 10 business days, you can contact customer service agent.

Some customers have stated that it took 3 weeks.  Amazon also sells PM SIM card and with Prime shipping, it may be faster.  Can also get SIM card from corporate Telus and Koodo stores.
