Ordered a physical SIM 2 weeks ago and still have NOT received it. What is going on . I need my phone.

I am 70 and have cancer. I can't be trotting all over creation, exposing myself to who knows what infections. That being said, I do appreciate your suggestions.AB

Yes, so am I. It's not worth the aggravation to have the savings. I can't get a live person to talk to.
