@SMINUWILSON , this is a public / open forum so please remove your adress from your post for privacy & security reasons.
It took over 3 weeks for me to receive my SIM card in the mail from Public Mobile which is delivered by Canada Post. There’s no way to track SIM card orders from Public Mobile. Sorry. If you need one right away you can try purchasing one at a “Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/nb/store-locator ”
Also, you are posting this on a forum where other Customers respond back. We do not work for Public Mobile but we help each other here when we are able to.

For the sim card, delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
If it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
