SIM Card Not Activated but Number is Ported

How do I get this fixed? I'm getting SOS on my phone. The number is ported but my SIM isn't activated. No service!

Thank you so much everyone! I opened a ticket and they ended up helping and now it works!!

@JChung0101.  If physical SIM, remove the SIM card from the phone and gently reinsert. 

Also, try restarting your phone or do a soft reset.

Definitely try another phone as @hTideGnow suggests first before submitting a ticket to public support agents, as this could just be a device issue.

@JChung0101  You need to submit  ticket with support to re provision the sim for you
