According to Public mobile website, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If more than 10 business days, you can contact customer service agent.
Otherwise, if you need SIM card earlier, you could purchase a physical SIM card as described in the other posts.

Hello @Marcaribe
Sadly there is no way to track the SIM card as they use basic Canada Post mail. It can take up to 3 weeks to get in the mail. If you really want to start the service faster and don't wish to wait, you can pick up a SIM card these ways below. Then, you can come back, reach a CS Agent and have them credit your account the amount you paid for the SIM card (minus the tax).
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/

@Marcaribe if purchased from PM direct it could take a few days to a few weeks depending on your location. Amazon purchased sims come in a few days (if not next day with prime) and if you’re in a rush, might be worth buying. You can always use the sim that arrives after for a referral 🙂
