Help! My husband is traveling in the states. I purchased roaming for him, and he could dial out at first, but the sound did not work on the phone call, then disconnected.
@DebbyDave Make sure he turned on roaming services on his phone. Normally, phones should automatically pick up local US signal, but sometimes you have to manually choose US roaming service network such T-Mobile or AT&T.

Thanks, it's different then the typical network problem. We had that when traveling thru different states, you just get no signal then. This is signal, but not enough to talk. Thanks though.
@DebbyDave Tell him to make sure he’s connected to T mobile and reboot the phone , US roaming can be hit or miss . If it just doesn’t work for him . Contact support for a refund / credit
