Yes but you’ll need to use wifi to access the website and your account.

Roaming addon 15 days countdown start from the moment the purchase completed successfully
Once purchase, reboot the phone once and make sure the phone connects to T-Mobile
@Lappy Yes just sign into self serve go to plan add. On and pick the roaming option you like and reboot phone
