Hi, for the past 4 years I've had a pm account thatc I was using with a ZTE cellular to cordless phone box as my home phone. I've decided to unsubscribe/cancel that account and upgrade my other PM account that I use for my smartphone. I'm just wondering if there's anyway of transferring/moving the $1 monthly referral reward I was getting on the account I'm discontinuing over to the account/plan I'm keeping as this referral for my son will no longer be associated/linked to any other account and both PM accounts are mine. I'm already loosing a $1/mo loyalty reward as I'm keeping a 3 year account and discontinuing a 4 year account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Once account with old rewards ($) has been closed, there is no way to transfer/merge/whatever it with new or some other current account.

If you closed old account, you cannot have $ rewards anymore but only points.

@AnnB123 Sorry, no phone number switch between accounts.  So, if the number you are having now on the ZTE cellular to cordless phone box has the best rewards on it, you need to keep that account (and phone number) for the rewards and cancel other account instead  

If you really want to keep the number on the other account, let say account B, but like to keep the rewards on account A, the only way is to port out the number  of account B to another provider briefly (Account B would then be closed).  After at least couple days, then you can go to Account A and request to Transfer number to port the number back into PM on your Account A (in which case, the original number on Account A would be gone after the porting in)  However, there would be some cost and effort involved

And till gets some $ for the 3 year old account

@AnnB123- Why are you discontinuing the 4 year old plan(account)?  Is the 3 year old plan much better (and no longer available)?  If not, why not keep the 4 year old plan(account) (with the referral) and transfer the number from the 3 year old plan(account) to the 4 year old plan.  Then just take the SIM from the ZTE box and plop it into your smartphone.

EDIT:  (Forgot)  You cannot transfer the number from one account to another with PM.  This won't work...

@AnnB123 - if you cancel (port out or be in nonpay status for over 90 days), then you lose your number, rewards, any available funds in your account and access to MyAccount/My Rewards.

You cannot move funds or any rewards to another Public Mobile account, sorry.

@AnnB123  you cannot transfer rewards between accounts unfortunately. But I’d keep your 4 year old account and use it for your smart phone . Unless the smart phone you have now is on 4 year old account .otherwise you could sell that 4 year old account
