I've payed twice every month since a year

Recently I looked to my bank account and I could saw that I've been paying twice each month since more than a year. Even the amount of both payments is different.

I've contacted the chat and send a ticket with the problem, but nobody contacted me.

This is a lot of money that I've already overpaid and each month is increasing more.

Could somebody help me and fix this double payment and give me back my all the money that I've overpaid? Thanks

@MartinMB  - OH NO. A whole year!? Are you sure there is only one account attached to this bank/card?

People should REALLY be checking their banks and credit card records regularly. I know we take it for granted that things operate as they should, but they don't always.

You are going to have to gather as much information and proof as you can. Then when you submit to ticket to Customer Support (which we are not here in the community, btw), then show them screenshots/bank records, whatever you can.

@MartinMB   probably too long ago and you might not remember.  You might have got some activation error in the beginning and then you re-attempt activatoin and created "ghost" account during activation.

Don't wait, open ticket with PM support by direct message and have them to investigate:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
