@mmurekat  - this looks like you tried to message the CSA's, but just added their name in the body of the message instead of the Send To field. 

 

Try again but clicking this envelope, top, right of Community screen:

 @mmurekat : Printed where? Did the friends activate in a store? It's possible the clerk used their own referral code. Happens. Your friends would need to contact the CSA's to put the proper code in so you can get the dollar reward.

I have a problem, I referred two friends but the referral code printed are not mine

 @ShawnC13 : Maybe he's been reading things in here and rather than just going straight to contact CSA's, he's probing for details...like you. Seems he can't win. Unless of course you missed the /s at the end.

You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Be ready to provide account information to CSA to confirm your identity.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@mmurekat what are your issues maybe if you let us know we can explain things or get them figured out for you.  Otherwise, you will need to create a trouble ticket to get your issue resolved.  You can do that by clicking on the chat bubble in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
